There's a little info at SWI spywareinfo - it looks like 'just' a
tracking cookie - spybot can be configured to block it silently.

One forum member sez "Cnet (and a bunch of other "respectable" sites)
will always try to download AvenueA. If you get tired of the prompts, in
SpybotSD click Immunize. Then under "Browser helper..", set it to "Block
all bad pages silently".
