While I am not a racist by any stretch of the imagination, I would like to
know why racism is wrong? Aren't people allowed the freedom to be racist?
Of has that been taken away in the Freedom Act, too?
I read that the freedom of speech amendent was not to protect generally
accepted speech, but to protect the speech we dislike and despise.
You may shun a racist, or a bigot, etc., but you cannot deny him the right
to be one - at least in the USA. It's certainly not PC, but I detest all
things PC that restrict my freedom of speech or worse, thought.
