No he doesn't. He sounds like someone who has had actual dealings with 
people from China, and knows (like I do) that blanket statements about 
the Chinese "business culture" and "ethics" are untrue, and based not on 
fact or experience but on plain prejudice.

No, just experience. Like mine - only my *business* experience is 
somewhat more limited but likewise I've never been ripped off.
