Not that it matters, but if the ISP makers the effort of replying to
you, they most likely also notified the "offender" (I'd say victim).

You don't. But using the web form to parse a virus mail will - in most
cases - give you the proper address(es) to report to.
And as John said, Spamcop doesn't block mail. If you have a spamcop mail
account, detected virus mails will be "relocated"  .
